If you are looking to return or exchange your order, we are here to help!
The return and exchange conditions are as below.
- Return or exchange with no surcharge is allowed within 14 days from the date of purchase for the cases that:
- A faulty item in size or wrong model;
- A defective, damaged, or non-functional item due to manufacturing defect or delivery mishandling; or
- Missing parts or incomplete package.
We reserve the right not to accept the exchange or return after that period.
Discounted items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- You are required to return the product in the original condition with its original package, labels, no visible signs of wear or use, and other associated items received along with a proof of purchase. For electronics products, seals/boxes cannot be broken.
We reserve the right to reject any exchange or return that does not meet the above conditions.
Please also note that cancellation is not acceptable if the payment is completed.
How to process the return/refund
- Submit your return/exchange request at email@example.com. Once we receive your request, we will check whether you meet the conditions or not. We will immediately notify you on the status of your request.
- In the case where we approve your request and notify you, you will receive the address to return. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable.
- Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you of the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
- If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
